Throughout the five thousand years of development in China,the Ming Dynasty,as a very important period in Chinese history,produced many excellent cultures and arts,including the unconventional textile art.Textile art of the Ming Dynasty has rich and colorful patterns and excellent production techniques,possesses elegant taste and superb textile technology.Textile art of the Ming Dynasty was world-renowned for these reasons.Ming Dynasty textiles were able to meet the practical needs of the public,and were deeply loved and appreciated by people,becoming an indispensable part of social life at that time.This paper studies the characteristics and traditions of Ming Dynasty textile art in the development,evolution,and inheritance of Chinese history and culture,its impact is significant and far-reaching.
