威县土布的传承保护与创新发展研究

Research on the inheritance,protection and innovative development of Weixian Tubu

威县土布作为一项具有悠久历史和民族特色的非物质文化遗产,具有重要的历史、文化和经济价值。传承保护威县土布不仅可以弘扬民族文化,增强人们的文化自信心,还可以带动当地经济的发展和改善人们的生活。文章建议从以下3个方面入手保护和传承威县土布:一是完善非物质文化遗产保护法律法规,加大政府政策扶持力度;二是建立传承人制度,开设威县土布传统工艺培训班;三是借助媒体与网络平台,吸引社会力量参与威县土布的保护与推广。此外,还可以通过以下路径实现威县土布的创新发展:一是坚持设计与款式创新,提高传统土布的设计感与时尚度;二是升级和优化生产工艺流程,提高威县土布产品竞争力;三是参加国际展览与文化交流活动,推动威县土布走向世界舞台。

As an intangible cultural heritage with a long history and ethnic characteristics,Weixian Tubu has important historical,cultural and economic value.Inheriting and protecting the Weixian Tubu can not only promote ethnic culture and enhance the cultural confidence of the people,but also drive the development of the local economy and improve people’s lives.This paper suggests starting from the following three aspects to protect a nd inherit the Weixian Tubu:the first is to improve the laws and regulations on the protection of intangible cultural heritage and increase government policy support;the second is to establish a system of inheritors and offer training courses on traditional techniques of Weixian Tubu;the third is to use media and online platforms to attract social forces to participatin in the protection and promotion of Weixian Tubu.In addition,innovative development of Weixian Tubu can also be achieved through the following paths:the first is to adhere to design and style innovation,improve the design sense and fashion degree of the traditional Tubu;the second is to upgrade and optimize the production process to enhance the competitiveness of Weixian Tubu products;the third is to participate in international exhibitions and cultural exchange activities,and promote the d evelopment of Weixian Tubu on the world stage.
