Postal Savings Bank of China attaches great importance to employee education and training.With the rapid development of mobile and network technologies,mobile learning has emerged,which has the advantages of wide training coverage,fast learning speed,and learning anytime and anywhere.On the basis of thorough research on users and managers of the“Postal Bank e-Learning”APP,the article analyzes the shortcomings and problems of the system,in order to reshape the business architecture and optimize system functions.
