高热耗LRM的增强传热结构设计

摘要 针对室外型密闭机箱内高热耗的现场可更换模块(LRM)散热困难的问题,文章提出了一种增强型风冷散热设计方法。其中,详细阐述了模块专用散热器与整机风道的设计方法、导热间隙的处理措施、模块布局注意事项及散热器的拓展使用方法等,并采用热仿真软件对整机设计进行了仿真,得出的仿真结果证明了设计过程的合理性。 This article proposes an enhanced air-cooled heat dissipation design method to address the problem of high heat consumption in Line Replaceable Module(LRM)in outdoor enclosed enclosures.Among them,the design method of module specific heat sink and overall air duct,measures for handling thermal gaps,precautions for module layout,and expansion and use methods of heat sink were elaborated in detail.Thermal simulation software was used to simulate the overall design,and the simulation results obtained proved the rationality of the design process.
