摘要
以铜尾矿为主要原料,通过掺入一定量的水泥、膨润土、页岩、泡沫、长石等原料,制备出不同原料配比的铜尾矿泡沫陶瓷坯体,对其进行抗压强度和干燥收缩率测试.实验结果表明:掺入适量的水泥,可以提高坯体的抗压强度,降低干燥收缩率;掺入泡沫和膨润土均会降低坯体的抗压强度,增大干燥收缩率;当页岩和膨润土同时加入到坯体制备中时,坯体抗压强度和干燥收缩率均有所改善.最终得出铜尾矿∶水泥∶页岩∶长石∶膨润土的质量比例为55∶15∶15∶10∶5,泡沫掺量为浆料体积的400%、水固比为0.37并掺入0.2%减水剂时,制得的坯体性能最好,其抗压强度为0.29 MPa,干燥收缩率为6.91%.
With copper tailings as the main raw material,by mixing a certain amount of cement,bentonite,shale,foam,feldspar and other raw materials,this paper prepared copper tailings foam ceramic body with different raw material ratio,and tested its compressive strength and drying shrinkage.The experimental results show that adding proper amount of cement can improve the compressive strength of the body and reduce the drying shrinkage rate.Foam and bentonite can reduce the compressive strength of the body and increase the drying shrinkage rate.When shale and bentonite are added simultaneously,the compressive strength and drying shrinkage of the billet are improved.Finally,when the ratio of copper tailings∶cement∶shale∶feldspar:bentonite is 55∶15∶15∶10∶5,the dosage of foam is 400%of slurry volume,the water-solid ratio is 0.37 and 0.2%water reducing agent is added,the body performance is the best,its compressive strength is 0.29mpa,drying shrinkage rate is 6.91%.
