氯化氢合成系统的改造

摘要 针对氯化氢合成炉灭炉过程中DCS联锁逻辑存在的问题提出技改措施,提高了装置自动化水平和本质安全;从安全、环保、经济等方面考虑,对盐酸罐放空系统和氯化氢取样管线等进行了改造,一定程度改善了现场环境,实现了降本增效。提出氯化氢合成装置亟需解决的其他问题。 Technical improvement measures were proposed to address the issues related to DCS interlocking logic during the shutdown of hydrogen chloride synthesis furnaces,and the automation level and intrinsic safety of the device were improved.From the perspectives of safety,environmental protection,and economy,modifications were made to the venting system of the hydrochloric acid tank and the hydrogen chloride sampling pipeline.The on-site environment was improved to a certain extent,and cost reduction and efficiency increase were achieved.Other urgent issues that need to be addressed in the hydrogen chloride synthesis unit were proposed.
