土建施工的现场管理及解决对策

On-site Management and Solutions for Civil Engineering Construction

随着我国建筑事业持续快速发展,建筑新工程的数目也呈递增趋势。而土建工程是建筑工程的基本组成部分,具有施工过程复杂、内容多、工作量大等特点。因而,必须对现场施工进行全方位的管理,并采取行之有效的措施来解决现场管理中存在的问题。本文从土建施工现场管理的角度出发,对其重要性、工作内容进行了剖析,并对存在的问题进行了探讨。

With the sustained and rapid development of China's construction industry,the number of new projects is also on the rise.Civil engineering is a fundamental component of construction projects,characterized by complex construction processes,extensive content,and high workload.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive management of on-site construction and take effective measures to solve the problems existing in on-site management.This paper analyzes the importance and work content from the perspective of civil engineering construction on-site management,and explores the existing problems.
