摘要
本研究以呼北高速公路沿线木结构建筑为例,提出了城镇老旧小区加固设计方法及施工关键技术。首先,针对该项目研究设计了4种加固节点形式;其次,形成了脚手架和钢结构改造房的关键技术;最后,分析了4种加固节点形式加固前后构件的力学性能。本研究实现了“加固设计—施工—分析”的集成化方法,所提出的节点形式可以有效提高结构的抗震性能。
This study takes wooden structure buildings along the Hubei Expressway as an example to propose reinforcement design methods and key construction technologies for old urban residential areas.Firstly,four types of reinforced joint forms are studied and designed for this project;secondly,key technologies for scaffolding and steel structure renovation have been formed;finally,the mechanical properties of the components before and after reinforcement with the four types of reinforcement joint forms are analyzed.This study implements an integrated method of reinforcement design and construction and analysis,and the proposed joint forms can effectively improve the seismic performance of the structure.
