Moire,as one of the classic Chinese traditional patterns,has gradually transformed its pattern into symbol through the changes of The Times.By analyzing different decorative forms of moire on ceramics,this paper explores the cultural implication of moire symbols from various aspects of pattern modeling and expression themes,and instill new vitality into the expression of moire in ceramic decoration through innovative expression of moire in modern ceramic decorative works,thus enhancing the cultural heritage and artistic value of moire symbols.
