中国式现代化的内在逻辑和高质量发展的实现路径

Internal Logic of Chinese Path to Modernization and theRealization Path of High-quality Development

实现中华民族伟大复兴需要在新的历史阶段厘清中国式现代化的内在逻辑并探究高质量发展的实现路径。尤其是党的二十大以后,关于中国式现代化与其他国家和地区现代化内在逻辑异同的讨论逐渐成为学术界的研究热点。通过比较美国、新加坡和中国香港特别行政区现代化道路的内在逻辑,探究其对中国的借鉴价值,并提出中国农村现代化建设、发达国家先进生产力竞争压力、地缘政治的不确定性和绿色经济效率的提升是加快推进中国式现代化建设进程的主要挑战。基于此,文章提出中国式现代化高质量发展的实现路径包括:多维度、动态地破解发展非均衡问题,在新质生产力高速发展的同时积极变革生产关系,推进高水平对外开放和坚持绿色新发展理念。

To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is necessary to clarify the inherent logic of Chinese path to modernization in the new historical stage and explore the path to achieve high-quality development.Especially after the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the discussion on the internal logic differences and similarities between Chinese path to modernization and modernization in other countries and regions has gradually become a research hotspot in the academic community.By comparing the inherent logic of modernization paths in the United States,Singapore,and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China,this study explores their reference value for China’s modernization construction.The study proposes that the main challenges of Chinese path to modernization are the modernization of China’s rural areas,the competitive pressure of advanced productive forces in developed countries,the uncertainty of geopolitics and the improvement of green economic efficiency.Therefore,in order to achieve high-quality Chinese path to modernization,we should solve the problem of unbalanced development in a multi-dimensional and dynamic way,actively change relations of production while the new quality productivity is developing at a high speed,promote high-level opening up and adhere to the concept of new green development.
