阳起石在中医男科疾病治疗中的传统理论与现代研究结合探讨

本文将结合阳起石在中医男科疾病治疗中的传统理论与现代研究,探讨其对男科疾病的治疗作用与安全性,以期为临床实践提供新的治疗参考。通过查阅相关文献资料,搜集古医籍及现代研究的相关成果进行分析探讨。发现阳起石具有丰富的微量元素,可以调节激素分泌及激素受体表达、抗肿瘤、提升雄性大鼠血清睾酮含量,调节下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能等多种药理作用,为临床应用提供了科学依据。遵循中医理论辨证施治,在安全剂量下,阳起石可以显著改善中医男科相关疾病的症状。

Combining the traditional theory and modern research of actinite in the treatment of androgenic diseases,this paper will discuss its therapeutic effect and safety on androgenic diseases,in order to provide a new therapeutic reference for clinical practice.The relevant literatures were consulted,the ancient medical books were collected,and the relevant results of modern research were analyzed and discussed.It was found that actinite has abundant trace elements,which can regulate hormone secretion and hormone receptor expression,antagonize tumor,increase serum testosterone in male rats,regulate hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis function,and has other pharmacological effects,providing scientific basis for clinical application.Following the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment,actinolite can significantly improve the symptoms of TCM andrology related diseases at a safe dose.
