HPLC法同时测定腰息痛胶囊中3种活性成分含量

Determination of Three Active Components in Yaoxitong Capsules by HPLC

目的 建立HPLC法同时测定腰息痛胶囊中的三七皂苷R_(1)、人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Rb_(1)的含量。方法 采用Omini MP C_(18)(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为0.7 ml/min;检测波长为203 nm;柱温为25℃。结果 三七皂苷R_(1)、人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Rb_(1)分别在40.402~1010.500,40.480~1012.000,41.480~1037.000μg范围内呈线性关系(r<0.99);平均加样回收率分别为97.8%,97.5%,98.7%(RSD<2.0%,n=6);精密度、重复性等试验均符合规定。结论 此法简便易行、结果科学,可为中西药复方制剂腰息痛胶囊中的3种皂苷类成分定量控制提供技术依据。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of notoginsenoside R_(1),ginsenoside Rg_(1) and ginsenoside Rb_(1) in Yaoxitong Capsules.Methods The analysis of methanol extract of Yaoxitong Capsules was performed on an Omini MP C_(18) column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution flowing at 0.7 ml/min in a gradient elution manner.The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the column temperature was controlled at 25℃.Results Notoginsenoside R_(1),ginsenoside Rg_(1) and ginsenoside Rb_(1) showed good linear relationships with the peak areas in the range of 40.402-1010.500μg,40.480-1012.000μg and 41.480-1037.000μg,respectively(r<0.99).The average recoveries were 97.8%,97.5%,98.7%and the RSDs were all lower than 2.0%(n=6).The precision,repeatability and other tests were in compliance with the provisions.Conclusion The method is simple and scientific,and can provide technical support for the quantitative control of 3 components in Yaoxitong Capsules which is a kind of traditional Chinese and western medicine compound preparation.
