用于雷达侦收的超宽带微波接收组件设计

摘要 雷达技术的快速发展带动着雷达侦察技术的发展,因此雷达侦收系统要求接收机在密集、频谱信息复杂的信号环境中能够快速有效地提取目标信号。为了满足某雷达侦收系统性能要求,设计了一款两次变频的超宽带超外差式小型化雷达侦收用微波组件,接收频率覆盖2~6.5 GHz,输出中心频率1800 MHz中频信号且带宽1000 MHz和300 MHz带宽可选。通过对微波接收组件技术参数的分析,提出来一种高本振二次变频的超外差设计方案,并针对超宽带接收组件中频率组合产生的杂散抑制、全频段内带内平坦度、镜频抑制、自动增益控制(AGC)中频输出幅度等设计重难点进行了分析。试验样品的测试数据验证了设计方案的可行性和工程实用性。 The rapid development of radar technology drives the development of radar reconnaissance technology,so the radar reconnaissance system requires the receiver to be able to quickly and effectively extract the target signal in the signal environment with dense and complex spectrum information.This paper studies a double frequency conversion ultra-wideband heterodyne miniaturized microwave module for radar reconnaissance,with receiving frequency range of 2 to 6.5 GHz,output center frequency of 1800 MHz IF signal,and optional bandwidth of 1000 MHz and 300 MHz.Through the analysis and research on the technical indexes such as spurious suppression caused by frequency combination,in-band flatness in full frequency band,mirror frequency suppression,AGC IF output amplitude of microwave receiving components,this paper puts forward an ultra heterodyne design scheme of high local oscillator secondary frequency conversion,and analyzes and studies the key and difficult points of ultra-wideband design.The test data of the test samples verifies thefeasibility and engineering practicability of the design scheme.
