本文以推进“多规合一”改革为导向,以贯彻落实国家部署的“三大工程”战略为基础,从“多规合一”视角,重点探索长沙市在“多规合一”方面的编制经验和在“三大工程”方面的典型案例,就如何推进“三大工程”提出有关思考和作下一步工作打算,以期提升长沙市规划引领作用和空间治理水平,进一步提高城市发展的核心竞争力和辐射力。

This paper is based on the implementation of the state-deployed"three major projects"strategy and guided by the promotion of the reform of"multi-planning integration.It focuses on the preparation experience of Changsha City in"multi-planning integration"and typical cases in"three major projects"from the perspective of"multiplanning integration"It puts forward of relevant thoughts and plans on how to promote the"three major projects".It also aims to enhance the planning leading role and spatial governance level of Changsha City,and further improve the core competitiveness and influence of urban development.
