IPMSM自适应超螺旋滑模永磁磁链观测器设计与研究

摘要 针对传统滑模磁链观测器(SMO)观测内置式永磁同步电机磁链容易受参数变化而出现观测误差的问题,以定子电流作为状态方程,构建一种自适应超螺旋滑模观测器(STA-SMO)。通过滑模等值理论对永磁磁链进行重构,实现永磁磁链的在线辨识,通过Lyapunov函数推导出定子电阻自适应律。结果表明:所设计的自适应STA-SMO相较于传统SMO,克服了电阻参数变化对磁链观测的影响,有效抑制了抖振,提高了辨识精度。 When traditional sliding-mode flux observer(SMO)is used to observe the flux linkage of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM),it is prone to occur observation errors due to parameter changes.To overcome the problem,taking stator current as state equation,an adaptive super-twisting sliding-mode observer(STA-SMO)was constructed.The permanent magnet flux linkage was reconstructed based on the sliding-mode equivalent theory to realize the online identification of the permanent magnet flux linkage.The adaptive law of stator resistance was derived through Lyapunov function.The results show that compared with traditional SMO,the adaptive STA-SMO overcomes the influence of resistance parameter changes on flux observation,and effectively suppresses chattering and improves identification accuracy.
