我国职业教育区域竞争力实证研究——基于各省域2022年相关数据分析

An Empirical Study on Regional Competitiveness of Vocational Education inChina: Based on Data Analysis of Each Province in 2022

当前,我国的职业教育在地区性发展上还存在明显的不均衡,不同省份在职业教育领域的优势与不足共存,且影响因素众多。通过以各省域2022年相关数据为基础研究发现,北京、上海、广东、江苏、浙江等发达省份在综合竞争力中名列前茅,而一些中西部地区的综合竞争力相对较低。在单项因素分析中,当地的经济发展情况与教育投入、教育资源、师资力量等因素在各省域间表现出明显的差异。此外,区域产业结构、就业市场需求等也影响了职业教育的发展水平。为促进均衡发展,需制定差异化政策,优化资源配置,加大对欠发达地区的支持力度,持续推动中西部地区产业转型升级,加强教师队伍建设等。

At present,vocational education in China exhibits significant regional disparities,with different provinces having both strengths and weaknesses in the field of vocational education,and there are numerous factors influencing this situation.Based on relevant data from each province in 2022,this research has found that developed provinces such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang rank at the forefront in terms of overall competitiveness,while some central and western regions show relatively lower overall competitiveness.In the analysis of individual factors,there are significant differences among provinces in terms of local economic development,education investment,educational resources,and teaching staff.Furthermore,regional industrial structure and employment market demand also influence the level of vocational education development.To promote balanced development,it is recommended to formulate differentiated policies,optimize resource allocation,increase support for underdeveloped regions,continue to drive industrial transformation and upgrading in central and western regions,and build a more robust teaching workforce.
