This paper analyzes the influencing factors,process links,key control countermeasures and methods of resin quality in the production process of suspended polyvinyl chloride,and studies the abnormal fluctuation of process indicators,factor analysis and benchmarking influence in production,finds out the key factors that may affect the quality,and controls the product quality stably.
