摘要
为推进聚氯乙烯生产助剂的国产化,开展了两种国产聚乙烯醇分散剂进口替代工业试验。系统测试了国产和进口分散剂生产的聚氯乙烯树脂性能,结果表明,国产聚乙烯醇分散剂可以对进口分散剂等量替代,所生产的聚氯乙烯树脂性能相近,部分指标甚至优于进口分散剂。
In order to promote the localization of additives in PVC production,industrial experiments were conducted on the substitution performance of two polyvinyl alcohol dispersants.The performance of polyvinyl chloride resin produced by domestic and imported dispersants was systematically tested.The results indicate that domestically produced polyvinyl alcohol dispersants can replace imported dispersants in equal quantities.The performance of PVC resin produced by the two dispersants is similar,and some parameters are even better than imported dispersants.
