摘要
对氯乙烯氯化法生产1,1-二氯乙烯单体工艺中产生废气、废水、含氯有机废液等环节进行梳理,提出相应的环保处理技术措施和方案,并结合氯碱化工特点提出废物环保处理和循环利用模式供行业探讨。
In this paper,the waste gas,wastewater,chlorine-containing organic waste liquid,and other links generated in the VDC monomer production process of vinyl chloride chlorination method are sorted out,and the corresponding environmental protection treatment technical measures and schemes are proposed,and the environmental protection treatment and recycling mode of waste is proposed for the industry to discuss based on the characteristics of chlor-alkali chemical industry.
