支气管扩张症合并铜绿假单胞菌感染:2012-2022年的文献计量学分析及可视化研究

Bronchiectasis complicated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection:a 10-year bibliometric and visualization analysis from 2012 to 2022

目的探讨支气管扩张症(支扩症)合并铜绿假单胞菌(PA)感染领域过去十年的研究现状及发展趋势,为该领域的科学研究提供新的思路和策略。方法以“bronchiectasis”or“cystic fibrosis”or“non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis”and“Pseudomonas aeruginosa”检索2012—2022年Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)发表类型为论著和综述的英文文献,利用HisCite、VOSviewer和Citespace软件对文献发文量、期刊、作者和关键词等进行文献计量学及可视化分析。结果全球共5824篇支扩症合并PA感染的文章发表在1103种期刊上,年均发文量较稳定,以呼吸系统和微生物学期刊为主。共96个国家和地区、5005个机构、21769名作者在该领域发表文章,美国发表文章最多并构建了全球最大合作网络。该领域研究主要集中在肺囊性纤维化,聚类主题包括PA在宿主的适应和进化、炎症反应、抗生素耐药、临床结局和预后。慢性气道感染及各类临床评分标准是近年较为突出的主题。结论支扩症合并PA感染是呼吸系统和微生物学的关注重点,研究主要集中在细菌-宿主相互作用和临床影响,建议中国学者未来更多参与这一领域的基础和临床研究。

Objective To investigate the current status and future trends of research in bronchiectasis complicated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in the last decade so as to provide the novel ideas and strategies for the field.Methods The"articles"and"reviews"in English were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)during 2012-2022 using"bronchiectasis"or"cystic fibrosis"or"non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis"and"Pseudomonas aeruginosa"as search terms.HistCite,VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used for bibliometric analysis and visualization including the number of publications,journals,authors,keywords,and so on.Results A total of 5824 publications regarding bronchiectasis complicated with P.aeruginosa infection were published in 1103 journals,most of which were journals focusing on respiratory medicine and microbiology.The publications were contributed by 21769 authors from 5005 institutions in 96 countries and regions.USA was the country contributing the largest number of publications and building the world's largest cooperative network.The research in this field focused on cystic fibrosis,with cluster topics including adaptation and evolution of P.aeruginosa in the host,inflammation,antibiotic resistance,clinical outcomes,and prognosis.Chronic airway infection and clinical scoring criteria were the prominent themes in recent years.Conclusions Bronchiectasis complicated with P.aeruginosa infection is one of the focuses in respiratory medicine and microbiology.The published researches focused on the interaction between P.aeruginosa and host and the corresponding clinical consequences.Chinese scholars should be more active in the researches of this field from bench to bed.
