医生—护士—患者—家属四位一体协同护理对子宫肌瘤剔除术后患者康复及主观幸福感的影响

Effect of Physician-nurse-patient-family Four-in-one Collaborative Care on the Recovery and Subjective Well-being of Patients After Uterine Fibroid Removal Surgery

目的:探讨医生—护士—患者—家属四位一体协同护理对子宫肌瘤剔除术后患者康复及主观幸福感的影响,为临床护理提供参考依据。方法:选取2021年1—12月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院收治的64例子宫肌瘤剔除术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组各32例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组实施医生—护士—患者—家属四位一体协同护理。比较两组患者的主观幸福感[总体幸福感量表(GWB)评分]、康复效果及并发症发生情况。结果:干预后,试验组患者GWB中各维度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.141、6.933、3.599、4.978、8.793、7.588,P<0.05)。试验组患者术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.161、7.786、5.723,P<0.05)。试验组患者术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.012,P<0.05)。结论:医生—护士—患者—家属四位一体协同护理可促进子宫肌瘤剔除术患者加快康复进程,改善患者术后康复效果,提高患者的主观幸福感。

Objective:To investigate the effect of doctor-nurse-patient-family four-in-one collaborative care on the recovery and subjective well-being of patients after uterine fibroid removal surgery,and to provide a reference basis for clinical care.Methods:64 patients with uterine myomectomy admitted to the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group with random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing care,and the experimental group implemented the four-in-one collaborative nursing care of doctors-nurses-patients-families.The subjective well-being(General Well-Being Scale[GWB]score),rehabilitation effect and complication occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,patients in the test group scored significantly higher than the control group in all dimensions of the GWB scale,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.141,6.933,3.599,4.978,8.793,7.588,P<0.05).The postoperative anal defecation time,time to get out of bed,and hospitalization time of the patients in the test group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.161,7.786,5.723,P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in patients in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.012,P<0.05).Conclusion:Collaborative care of the physician-nurse-patient-family quartet promotes accelerated recovery of patients undergoing myomectomy,improves patients’postoperative recovery outcomes,and enhances patients’subjective well-being.
