基于“温阳通络法”治疗心系疾病经验

Based on the Experience of"Warming Yang and Clearing Collaterals"in Treating Heart Diseases

冠心病、心律失常、慢性心衰是临床上常见的心系疾病,患病率及病死率持续增高,西医治疗心系疾病多用扩血管、强心、介入等疗法,但疗效不一。王朝亮教授是安徽省名中医,江淮名医,安徽中医药大学教授,硕士研究生导师,从事心血管病医、教、研工作30余年,王朝亮教授认为阳虚血瘀为心系发病的根本病机,提出温阳通络的治疗原则,这一治疗方法包括促进阳气、活血化瘀、调理脏腑、通畅经络等多个方面,意在治病求本,标本兼顾。

Coronary heart disease,arrhythmia and chronic heart failure are common heart diseases in clinical practice,with increasing morbidity and mortality.In the treatment of heart diseases,western medicine uses vasodilator,cardiac strengthening,intervention and other therapies,but the curative effect is different.Professor WANG Chaoliang is a famous TCM doctor in Anhui Province,a famous doctor in Jianghuai,a professor in Anhui University of Chinese Medicine,a master’s tutor,engaged in cardiovascular medicine,teaching and research work for more than 30 years,Professor WANG Chaoliang believes that Yang deficiency blood stasis is the fundamental pathogenesis of heart disease,and puts forward the treatment principle of warming Yang and clearing collaterality.This treatment method includes promoting Yang Qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating Zang-Fu organs,unobstructing meridians and other aspects,aiming at treating the disease and taking into account the specimen.
