中医药治疗抗肿瘤治疗引起的皮肤损害的研究概述

An Overview of the Research on the Treatment of Anti-tumor Therapy-induced Skin Damage by Traditional Chinese Medicine

随着恶性肿瘤发病率的升高,抗肿瘤的治疗手段也随之快速发展,延长了患者的生存时间;在患者受益的同时,这些治疗手段也存在一些不良反应,其中皮肤损害是比较常见的毒副作用。近年来中医越来越多地参与到肿瘤的治疗当中,对改善抗肿瘤治疗引起的不良反应发挥了重要作用。中医药不仅可以提高患者免疫力,改善炎症反应,还可以发挥其整体调理、辨证论治的优势减毒增效。文章通过查阅近年来有关中医药治疗抗肿瘤治疗所致的皮肤损害的文献,以放射治疗、化学治疗、生物制剂分类,分别论述了不同的皮肤毒性反应以及中药的临床应用,对抗肿瘤治疗所致皮肤损害的中医药疗法进行整理,为临床应用提供思路,从而提高恶性肿瘤治疗的整体疗效。

With the increase in the incidence of malignant tumors,anti-tumor treatments have also developed rapidly,extending the survival time of patients.While patients benefit,these treatments also have some adverse reactions,among which skin damage is more common.toxic side effects.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has been increasingly involved in the treatment of tumors and has played an important role in improving the adverse reactions caused by anti-tumor treatments.Traditional Chinese medicine can not only improve patients’immunity and improve inflammatory responses,but can also reduce toxicity and increase effectiveness through its advantages in overall conditioning and syndrome differentiation and treatment.This article reviews the recent literature on the treatment of skin damage caused by anti-tumor treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,and discusses the different skin toxic reactions and the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine according to the classification of radiotherapy,chemical therapy and biological agents.Traditional Chinese medicine therapies for skin lesions are organized to provide ideas for clinical application,thereby improving the overall efficacy of malignant tumor treatment.
