MDT互动教学模式在中西医结合肿瘤学教学中的应用效果研究

MDT Interactive Teaching Mode in the Teaching of Oncology in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine:a Study of the Application Effect

摘要 目的:该研究旨在评估多学科协作组诊疗模式(MDT)互动式教学模式在中西医结合临床肿瘤教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年12月在安徽中医药大学第一附属医院接受实习培训的110名学生作为研究对象,随机分为两组。其中,54名学生为对照组,采用常规教学模式;另外56名学生为观察组,采用MDT互动式教学模式进行教学。通过统计和对比两组学员的理论成绩、临床实操成绩及对教学的满意度,分析和总结学生经过不同模式教学后专业能力的提升水平。结果:观察组的实操成绩及理论成绩得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,观察组对教学的满意度也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:本研究表明,MDT互动式教学模式可以有效提高中西医结合临床肿瘤学专业学生的教学质量和综合素质。因此,这种教学模式可以考虑在中西医结合临床肿瘤教学中推广应用,以提高学生的专业能力和临床实践水平。 Objective:To evaluate the application effect of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Group Diagnosis and Treatment Model(MDT)interactive teaching mode in integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine clinical oncology teaching.Methods:A total of 110 students who underwent internship training in the oncology department of The First Department of Oncology at The First Affiliated hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.Among them,54 students were in the control group and received conventional teaching mode,while the other 56 students were in the observation group and received MDT interactive teaching mode.The improvement of students’professional abilities after different teaching modes was analyzed and summarized by comparing the theoretical scores,clinical operation scores,and satisfaction with teaching of the two groups.Results:The clinical operation scores and theoretical scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the satisfaction with teaching of the observation group was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study indicates that the MDT interactive teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching quality and comprehensive quality of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine clinical clinical oncology students.Therefore,this teaching mode can be considered for promotion and application in integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine clinical oncology teaching to improve the professional ability and clinical practice level of students.
