何丽清教授在治疗胃脘痛时,强调诊查应明辨寒热虚实,注重舌诊;在治法上立足于流通气机,以通为用;用药之时宜小不宜大,宜精不宜杂,善用“轻舟速行”之法。在治疗各个证型时,亦有着独特的见解,如调理气机时顾及肝、肺、脾胃之间的关系;对于胃脘久痛者,考虑是否形成凝痰与瘀血等病理产物;滋阴效法于叶天士,温阳效法于张仲景;结合当今的社会环境,注重祛湿;处理食积胃痛也分虚实对待;另外对于常见的兼证,也有着相应的认识和治疗经验。文章将对何丽清教授治疗胃痛的临证心得及用药体会进行总结,并附验案一则,以飧读者。
