矿鸿操作系统在综采工作面中的应用研究

摘要 由于综采工作面中各类采煤设备都有独立的操作系统,导致系统之间的信息无法共享,为此研究矿鸿操作系统在综采工作面中的应用。在综采工作面中的综采设备上搭载矿鸿操作系统,获取综采设备的位置信息并集中存储至系统中,根据设备定位数据对设备轨迹进行统一的跟踪控制,实现综采工作面的自动化采煤作业。实例结果表明,采用矿鸿操作系统进行采煤作业的块煤率更高。 Due to the independent operating systems of various coal mining equipment in the fully mechanized mining face,information between systems cannot be shared.Therefore,the application of MineHarmony operating system in the fully mechanized mining face is studied.Install the MineHarmony operating system on the fully mechanized mining equipment in the fully mechanized mining face,obtain the location information of the fully mechanized mining equipment and store it in the system.Based on the equipment positioning data,track and control the equipment trajectory uniformly to achieve automated coal mining operations in the fully mechanized mining face.The example results indicate that using the MineHarmony operating system for coal mining operations results in a higher lump coal rate.
