随着大数据、人工智能技术的不断发展,移动智能设备的发展非常迅速。当前高校机房管理还存在一些问题,设备故障问题解决方式有待智能化。为了方便教师、学生自由上机,及时反馈机房故障问题,设计基于Android平台的机房管理系统故障上传功能模块,方便教师和学生及时反馈机房故障问题,机房管理人员及时了解用户反馈需求,提升学校机房的管理与维护效率。

With the continuous development of big data and artificial intelligence,the development of intelligent mobile devices is also very rapid.At present,there are still some problems in the management of computer rooms in colleges,and the solutions to equipment failures need to be intelligent.In order to facilitate teachers and students to use the computer freely and feedback the fault problems in the computer room in time,the fault uploading function module of the computer room management system based on Android plaform is designed,which is convenient for teachers and students to feedback the fault problems in the computer room in time,and the computer room managers can know the feedback needs of users in time,thus improving the management and maintenance efficiency of the school computer room.
