Exploring the Path to Enhance the Network Ideological and Political Education Ability of College Counselors in the New Era

互联网的应用和普及给高校辅导员网络思想政治教育工作带来了许多机遇和挑战,当前高校辅导员网络思想政治教育工作存在这许多不足,主要体现在对于网络思想政治教育的思想认识不到位、教育引导能力不充足以及相关机制不完善,针对以上问题,本文从高校辅导员网络思想政治教育工作的教育理念、教育方式及教育机制上进行探讨,提出高校辅导员网络思想政治教育能力的提升策略。

The application and popularization of the Internet have brought many opportunities and challenges to the online ideological and political education work of college counselors.At present,there are many shortcomings in the online ideological and political education work of college counselors,mainly reflected in the inadequate ideological understanding of online ideological and political education,insufficient educational guidance ability,and imperfect related mechanisms.In response to the above issues,this article explores and proposes strategies to enhance the online ideological and political education capabilities of college counselors from the perspectives of educational concepts,methods,and mechanisms.
