摘要
基于成果导向的教学评估能够有效提升军校人才培养质量,实现为战育人。本文结合军校的教学实践,探讨了如何设置与课程目标相匹配的评估体系。如何设计教学评估链,展开过程化、多元化的混合式教学评估。以及如何设计评价量表,更好的对技能、素质目标进行科学评估。结合上述评价内容、方式和标准还给出了单元教学的具体示例。
Teaching assessment guided by outcome-based education(OBE)can effectively enhance the quality of talent cultivation in military academies and achieve war-oriented education.This paper explores how to establish an assessment system that matches the curriculum objectives based on the teaching practice of military academies,how to design an assessment scale to scientifically assess skill and quality goals.Specific examples of unit teaching based on the above assessing contents,methods and standards are also provided in this paper.
