摘要
英语中介教学是欧洲、亚洲以及其他地区高校教育国际化的一个标志。中国英语中介教学的发展尚处于发展阶段,存在诸多挑战。通过问卷调查发现,过往接受英语中介教学经历、自我评估英语水平影响学生对英语中介教学态度,学生对英语中介教学态度与其英语中介教学相关焦虑呈负相关关系。此外,英语学习经历、接受英语中介教学经历、自我评估英语水平两两间呈正相关关系;对英语中介教学态度和与英语中介教学相关的焦虑间呈显著负相关关系。当下中国英语中介教学现状可能加剧教育不平等现象。
English mediated instruction is a symbol of the internationalization of higher education in Europe,Asia,and other regions.The development of English mediated instruction in China is still in its nascent stage and faces many challenges.Through a questionnaire survey,it was found that students’past experiences of English mediated instruction and self-assessment of English proficiency affect students'attitudes towards English mediated instruction.There is a negative correlation between students'attitudes towards English mediated instruction and their anxiety related to it.In addition,there is a positive correlation between English learning experience,students’experiences of English mediated instruction,and self-assessment of English proficiency.There is a significant negative correlation between attitudes towards English mediated instruction and anxiety related to it.The current situation of English mediated instruction in China may exacerbate educational inequality.
