国外某金矿浮选工艺试验研究

摘要 为探索国外某金矿的开发利用价值,在矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了磨矿细度、pH值调整剂、硫化剂、活化剂、捕收剂、矿浆浓度等因素对该金矿选别效果的影响试验。试验结果表明:采用1粗1精4扫浮选工艺,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm85%、硫化剂硫化钠用量1 000 g/t、活化剂硫酸铜用量400 g/t、组合捕收剂丁基黄药+丁铵黑药用量(90+60)g/t、2#油用量40 g/t、矿浆浓度35%的条件下,可获得金品位44.43 g/t、金回收率85.58%的金精矿,尾矿金品位0.47 g/t,浮选金精矿产品指标符合预期技术指标,可为开发国外该金矿资源提供技术依据。 In order to explore the development and utilization value of a foreign gold mine,based on the study of ore properties,the influence test of grinding fineness,pH regulator,vulcanizing agent,activa⁃tor,collector and pulp concentration on the separation effect of the gold ore were carried out.The experimen⁃tal results show that the flotation process of one roughing,one cleaning and four scavenging is adopted,un⁃der the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 85%,vulcanizing agent sodium sulfide dosage of 1000 g/t,activator copper sulfate dosage of 400 g/t,combined collector butyl xanthate+ammonium dibutyl dithio⁃phosphate dosage of(90+60)g/t,2#oil dosage of 40 g/t and pulp concentration of 35%,the gold concen⁃trate with gold grade of 44.43 g/t and gold recovery rate of 85.58%can be obtained,and the gold grade of tailings is 0.47 g/t.The flotation gold concentrate product index meets the expected technical indicators,which can provide technical basis for the development of foreign the gold resources.
