河南某钼铅混合精矿分离试验研究

摘要 为高效利用河南某钼铅矿,针对其混合精矿钼铅分离困难、钼精矿中铅含量超标的问题,在对该混合精矿矿石性质研究的基础上,通过单因素条件试验,确定了分离粗选的关键技术参数,并采用正交试验法,以粗选水玻璃、DP-1和巯基乙酸钠用量作为自变量因素,选矿效率作为因变量因素,确定了钼铅分离的最佳抑制剂药剂制度。研究结果表明:当水玻璃用量3 kg/t、DP-1用量5kg/t、巯基乙酸钠用量18 kg/t时,选矿效率最优,并在此基础上进行1粗2扫7精闭路试验,最终获得了钼品位53.28%、含铅1.07%、钼回收率91.56%的钼精矿,实现了钼、铅的高效分离和回收。 In order to make efficient use of a molybdenum-lead ore in Henan Province,aiming at the problems of difficult separation of molybdenum and lead in the mixed concentrate,excessive lead content in the molybdenum concentrate,based on the study of the ore properties of the mixed concentrate,the key technical parameters of separation roughing were determined by single factor condition test.The orthogonal test method is adopted,taking the dosage of roughing water glass,DP-1 and sodium thioglycollate as inde⁃pendent variable factors,and the beneficiation efficiency as dependent variable factors,the optimal inhibi⁃tor reagent system for molybdenum-lead separation was determined.The results show that when the dosage of water glass is 3 kg/t,the dosage of DP-1 is 5 kg/t,and the dosage of sodium thioglycollate is 18 kg/t,the beneficiation efficiency is the best.On this basis,a closed-circuit test of one roughing,two scavenging and seven cleaning was carried out.Finally,a molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 53.28%,lead content of 1.07%and molybdenum recovery of 91.56%was obtained,which realized the efficient sepa⁃ration and recovery of molybdenum and lead.
