摘要
为了提高云南某锌锡铜铁硫多金属矿选矿技术指标,推动绿色低碳发展,针对钢锻磨矿过程能耗高,同时伴随磨矿产品易过磨等问题,进行了纳米复合陶瓷球替换钢锻的二段磨矿工业应用研究。研究结果表明:纳米复合陶瓷球磨矿可以改善磨矿产品粒度分布特性,易选粒级含量明显增加,其溢流产品中过细粒级-0.010 mm产率降低1.30个百分点,有效减轻了过粉碎,使得锡粗精矿理论回收率提高了0.60个百分点;磨矿单位电耗降低43.32%,单位球耗降低10.34%,综合磨矿成本降低31.00%,节能降耗效果显著。
In order to improve the beneficiation technical index of a zinc-tin-copper-iron-sulfur polymetallic ore in Yunnan and promote the development of green and low-carbon,aiming at the problems of high energy consumption in the steel forging grinding process and easy overgrinding of grinding products,the industrial application of two-stage grinding with nano-composite ceramic balls replacing steel forging was studied.The results show that the grinding of nano-composite ceramic balls can improve the particle size distribution characteristics of grinding products,and the content of easy-to-select particles increases signif⁃icantly.The yield ofultra-fine grain size-0.010 mm in the overflow product is reduced by 1.30 percentage points,which effectively reduces the over-grinding and increases the theoretical recovery rate of tin rough concentrate by 0.60 percentage points.The unit power consumption of grinding is reduced by 43.32%,the unit ball consumption is reduced by 10.34%,and the comprehensive grinding cost is reduced by 31.00%.The effect of energy saving and consumption reducing is remarkable.
