摘要
河北省迁安市某铁矿矿山生态环境综合治理项目为利用排土场固废资源生产建材产品,自投产以来,存在胶带机传动装置发热、粗破工序处理能力达不到设计标准、中细碎及制砂设备达不到满负荷运转等问题,其中最为显著的是建材产品产率相对较低。通过对流程中的问题进行分析,针对性地进行了粗破料仓改形、部分胶带机电机扩容、增加磁选机等工艺流程改造。改造后,建筑砂产量增加了25.56万t/a,全铁品位60%±5%的铁矿石粗精矿产量增加了1.38万t/a,技改效果显著。
The ecological environment comprehensive treatment project of an iron mine in Qianan City,Hebei Province is to use the solid waste resources of the dump to produce building materials products.Since it was put into operation,there have been problems such as heating of the belt conveyor transmission device,the processing capacity of the coarse crushing process failing to meet the design standards,and the medium and fine crushing and sand making equipment failing to operate at full load.The most significant is the relatively low yield of building materials.Through the analysis of the problems in the process,the process transformation of the coarse crushing silo modification,the expansion of some belt conveyor motors,and the increase of magnetic separators were carried out.After the transformation,the output of building sand in⁃creased by 255600 t/a,and the output of iron ore rough concentrate with total iron grade of 60%±5%in⁃creased by 13800 t/a.The effect of technical transformation is remarkable.
