小汪沟铁矿凿岩台车掘进成本优化分析

摘要 为解决金属矿硬岩巷道掘进速度慢的问题,并响应“机械化换人、自动化减人”的号召,越来越多矿井采用凿岩台车替换人工手持风钻提高穿孔效率,从而提升爆破掘进速度,但在具体实施过程中的经济成本是否合理并不可知。以小汪沟铁矿为例,分析对比了该矿井采用人工凿岩和台车凿岩的各项成本,采用最优化理论分析了巷道进尺与掘进成本之间的关系。经过研究发现,凿岩台车每米进尺比人工凿岩节省914.87元;当进尺低于3 269 m时,采用人工凿岩成本更低;当进尺高于3 269 m时,建议采用台车凿岩。 In order to solve the problem of slow tunneling speed of hard rock roadway in metal mines,and in response to the call of"mechanized replacement and automation reduction",more and more mines use drilling rigs to replace manual hand-held air drills to improve perforation efficiency,thereby improving the blasting tunneling speed,but whether the economic cost in the specific implementation process is rea⁃sonable is unknown.Taking Xiaowangou Iron Mine as an example,the costs of manual drilling and truck drilling are analyzed,and the relationship between tunnel penetration and excavation cost is analyzed by us⁃ing optimization theory.It is found that the drilling rig saves 914.87 yuan per meter compared with manual drilling.When the footage is lower than 3269 m,the cost of manual drilling is lower.When the drill depth is higher than 3269 m,it is recommended to use truck drilling.
