低压中型电动机供电设计

摘要 电动机是电力系统中常见的负载,广泛应用于各种工厂和设施。因此,电动机的供电设计是非常常见的。中型低压电动机具有启动电流大和启动力矩对电压敏感等特点,因此在电动机启动时,母线压降和机端压降是分析中需要认真考虑的两个重要因素。在设计时,需要进行严谨、细致的理论计算,不能简单地凭经验或感觉做出判断。为了确保电动机的可靠运行,需要综合考虑各种因素,包括电动机的启动电流、启动转矩、电源容量、电缆阻抗、负载特性等。需要精确计算和验证电动机的启动过程,以避免因启动电流过大导致母线压降过低,或者因启动转矩不足导致电动机无法正常启动。文章针对低压中型电动机供电项目设计进行讨论。 Electric motors are common loads in power systems and are widely used in various factories and facilities.Therefore,the power supply design of electric motors is very common.Medium low-voltage motors have the characteristics of high starting current and sensitive starting torque to voltage.Therefore,when starting the motor,the bus voltage drop and terminal voltage drop are two important factors that need to be carefully considered in the analysis.When designing,rigorous and meticulous theoretical calculations are required,and judgments cannot be made simply based on experience or feelings.To ensure the reliable operation of the motor,designers need to comprehensively consider various factors,including the starting current,starting torque,power capacity,cable impedance,load characteristics,etc.of the motor.They need to accurately calculate and verify the starting process of the motor to avoid low bus voltage drop due to excessive starting current,or the inability of the motor to start normally due to insufficient starting torque.
