摘要
文章介绍了绝缘油的性质、分类及应用,并设计实现了绝缘油试验自动加样装置。从需求分析出发,确定了装置功能要求和性能指标,进行了系统结构设计,并详细说明了各部件工作原理。最后通过试验验证了系统的功能实现。所涉及技术包括C语言编程技术、单片机控制技术、数据采集技术等。本研究实现了一种新型绝缘油试验自动加样装置,可为绝缘油测试提供参考和借鉴。
In this paper,the properties,classification and application of insulating oil are introduced,and the automatic sampling device is designed and realized.Based on the demand analysis,the function requirements and performance indexes of the equipment are determined,the system structure is designed,and the working principle of each component is explained in detail.Finally,the working ability of the system is verified by experiments.The technology involved includes C language programming technology,MCU control technology,data acquisition technology and so on.In this study,a new type of insulation oil automatic sampling device is realized,which provides a reference for insulation oil testing in the future.
