摘要
文章旨在设计和优化铝排热缩塑装置,以提高电力系统中铝排连接的可靠性和安全性。当前电力系统中,铝排连接在能源传输中起着至关重要的作用,然而,现有的绝缘护套存在着一系列问题,如安全隐患和效率低下。因此,设计一种能够代替传统生物能源的铝排热缩塑装置具有重要意义。文章概述了铝排热缩塑装置的设计与构成,并提出了一系列的设计优化实施方案,以及该装置的创新点和问题解决方案,以期提高铝排连接的可靠性,降低安全风险,从而为电力系统的稳定运行做出贡献。
The aim of this paper is to design and optimize the aluminum heat shrinkable device to improve the reliability and safety of aluminum bar connection in power system.In the current power system,aluminum bar connection plays a crucial role in energy transmission,however,the existing insulation sheath has a series of problems,such as security risks and low efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to design an aluminum heat shrinkable device that can replace the traditional bioenergy.This paper summarizes the design and structure of the aluminum heat shrink device,and puts forward a series of design optimization implementation schemes,as well as the innovation points and problem solutions of the device,in order to improve the reliability of the aluminum bar connection and reduce the safety risk,so as to contribute to the stable operation of the power system.
