摘要
文章通过对光纤陀螺生产过程光纤陀螺电路信号测试方法的分析和试验,提出了光纤陀螺电路信号PCBA测试新方法。利用金属探针替代大量导线焊接,提高了测试环节的整体效率。利用增加实际光路部分完成产品级的检测替代板级测试,从而保证了总装之后光纤陀螺的合格率和性能。利用定制的气动设备将测试新方法整合为一体,有利于产线布置和人员的操作。
The article proposes a new method for PCBA testing of fiber optic gyroscope circuit signals by analyzing and testing the signal testing methods of fiber optic gyroscope production processes.The use of metal probes to replace a large number of wire welding has improved the overall efficiency of the testing process.By adding the actual optical path to complete product level testing instead of board level testing,the qualification rate and performance of the fiber optic gyroscope after final assembly are ensured.Integrating new testing methods with customized pneumatic equipment is beneficial for production line layout and personnel operation.
