This paper aims to deeply discuss the quality control problems in the process of mechanical manufacturing,and put forward a series of effective countermeasures.By analyzing the importance of quality control in the machinery manufacturing process,combining key quality control elements,including precision and error,labor,materials and environment,manufacturing equipment,etc.,the key issues and strategies of quality control are put forward in order to improve the product quality of machinery manufacturing,reduce the scrap rate,and further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
