新型冗余安全制动系统的研发与应用

摘要 传统液压盘式安全制动器虽然可一定程度上增加水电站起重机的安全性,但也存在安装尺寸大、物料成本和维护成本高、制动瞬间冲击荷载大、制动系统安全性和可靠性不足等弊端。水利部产品质量标准研究所研发的新型冗余安全制动系统较为完美地解决了传统安全制动器弊端,如机械结合电气多重冗余触发机制,使设备安全性和可靠性更高;结构上采用棘轮棘爪、三头螺纹副、摩擦副、弹簧等合理结构设计,达到柔性制动目的;结构更加紧凑,不会增加起升机构布置尺寸,成本更加低廉;安装尺寸和制动速度可调,能较好地满足各种制动速度的要求,适用性较广。 Although traditional hydraulic disc safety brakes can increase the safety of hydropower station cranes to a certain extent,they also have drawbacks such as large installation dimensions,high material and maintenance costs,large impact loads during braking,and insufficient safety and reliability of the braking system.The new redundant safety braking system developed by the Product Quality Standards Research Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources has perfectly solved the drawbacks of traditional safety brakes.The mechanical combination with multiple redundant triggering mechanisms of electrical equipment has higher equipment safety and reliability;Structurally,it adopts reasonable structural designs such as ratchet and pawl,three threaded pairs,friction pairs,and springs to achieve flexible braking;The structure is more compact,without increasing the layout size of the lifting mechanism,and the cost is more affordable;The installation size and braking speed are adjustable,which can better meet the requirements of various braking speeds and has a wide applicability.
