摘要
文章首先介绍了在光伏电池生产过程中印刷的工艺原理,分析了印刷网版使用寿命异常的原因及网版寿命降低的原因,通过多种措施验证分析结果,找到问题点,减少更换频率,提高设备运行效率,降低使用成本。随着印刷设备速度和性能的不断优化,使设备利用率、产出进一步提升,对于印刷设备稳定运行的要求越来越高,优化后的印刷线设备将在光伏电池产业化制造领域得到较好的提升及应用。
The article first introduces the process principle of printing in the production process of photovoltaic cells,analyzes the reasons for abnormal service life of printing screen plates and the reasons for reduced service life of screen plates,verifies and analyzes the reasons for reduced service life through various measures,identifies problem points,reduces replacement frequency,improves equipment operation efficiency,and reduces usage costs.With the continuous optimization of the speed and performance of printing equipment,the utilization rate and output of the equipment are further improved.The requirements for stable operation of printing equipment are becoming higher and higher.The optimized printing line equipment will be better improved and applied in the field of photovoltaic cell industrialization manufacturing.
