空预器升温清堵技术在实践中的运用

摘要 燃煤发电企业超低排放改造后,硫酸氢铵沉积导致回转式空气预热器进出口压差增加,炉膛负压大幅波动,磨煤机石子煤系统频繁发生堵塞、脱销环保参数波动大、引风机电耗增加,甚至伴随少量火检强度信号闪烁,已危及锅炉安全、经济运行。采用常规传统的高压水冲洗清堵不仅需机组停运拆装作业,而且耗时耗力,施工过程属于高风险作业。而采用烟气升温法对空气预热器硫酸氢铵堵塞高温升华的物理特性进行清除,获得了较好效果。 After the ultra-low emission transformation of coal-fired power generation enterprises,the deposition of ammonium bisulfate leads to an increase in the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the rotary air preheater,a significant fluctuation in the furnace negative pressure,frequent blockage of the coal mill's coal system,high fluctuations in environmental protection parameters,increased power consumption of the induced draft fan,and even accompanied by a small amount of flickering fire detection intensity signals,which has endangered the safety and economic operation of the boiler.The use of conventional high-pressure water flushing for blockage removal not only requires unit shutdown and disassembly operations,but also consumes time and effort,making the construction process a high-risk operation.The use of flue gas temperature rise method to remove the physical characteristics of high temperature sublimation caused by ammonium bisulfate blockage in the air preheater has achieved good results.
