随着风能技术的进步,风机叶片的维护和清洁变得关键。文章介绍了一种整合图像技术与历史数据的风机叶片清洗方法。该方法通过比较实时数据和历史图像数据,确定最佳清洗流程,并使用预设规则确保最高效的清洗路径。当机器人装置更换为超声相控阵检测系统时,可进行叶片的精确探伤,不仅提高了清洗效率,还为风机叶片的长期安全运行提供了综合解决方案。
With the advancement of wind energy technology,the maintenance and cleaning of wind turbine blades have become crucial.This study introduces a fan blade cleaning method that integrates image technology and historical data.This method determines the optimal cleaning process by comparing real-time and historical image data,and uses preset rules to ensure the most efficient cleaning path.When the robot device is replaced with an ultrasonic phased array detection system,precise inspection of the blades can be carried out.This study not only improves cleaning efficiency,but also provides a comprehensive solution for the long-term safe operation of fan blades.
