摘要
利用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立了某型直升机复合材料桨叶拉弯耦合试验件的三维模型,考虑了离心力、挥舞及摆振弯矩3种载荷下桨根的应力状态。利用二分法的思想对加载端的螺栓位置进行优化设计,使得加载端螺栓受力相对均匀。通过夹具的优化设计,使得各个安装孔的受载均匀,保证了疲劳试验的安全性和可靠性。
In this paper,the 3D model of the specimen of a certain type of helicopter blade considering coupling effect between tension and bending is built using the finite element analysis software ABQUS.The stress condition of the blade root under centrifugal force,waving force and shimmy force is considered.The location of the bolts on the loading end is optimized using dichotomy method,to make the stress of the bolts relatively uniform.Through the optimal design of the fixture,the load of each mounting hole is uniform,which ensures the safety and reliabilitu of the fatigue test.
