锅炉水冷壁管道温度检测技术研究与应用

摘要 为有效监控机组燃烧工况对受热管壁温度的影响,减少水冷壁超温爆管引发的电厂机组非停事故,在锅炉水冷壁出口新增温度检测系统,实现炉外壁温异常筛查和高温管组各管段寿命管理。水冷壁出口管道布置大量热电偶测点,采用智能数据采集前端接入DCS,节约了大量改造费用,并以此温度检测系统对电厂锅炉配煤掺烧、工况分析和燃烧调整,较大程度降低了锅炉泄漏发生概率,为锅炉水冷壁管计划性检修提供了可靠理论与现实依据。该项水冷壁管道温度检测技术的应用与研究,对火力发电厂的机组运行安全和检修维护具有一定的借鉴意义。 In order to reduce the non-shutdown accidents caused by overtemperature explosion of water wall,a new temperature detection system is added at the outlet of boiler water wall to realize abnormal temperature screening of furnace outer wall and life management of each section of high-temperature pipe group.A large number of thermocouple measuring points are arranged in the outlet pipe of the water wall,and the intelligent data acquisition front end is connected to DCS,which saves a lot of renovation costs.In addition,this temperature detection system can greatly reduce the probability of boiler leakage,and provide a reliable theoretical and practical basis for the planned maintenance of the boiler water wall pipe.The research and application of the temperature detection technology of the water wall pipe has certain reference significance for the operation safety and maintenance of the unit in the thermal power plant,and is worthy of popularization and application.
