摘要
2024 marks the 70th anniversary of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs(SAFEA). For me, 2024 is also a year to celebrate two decades of living and working in China. The keyword is “to celebrate” because the PRC became my second home.I’m counting the years. I was born and raised in the Soviet city of Kirov until I was 17.
