摘要
目的探讨营养支持对宫颈癌放化疗患者营养指标、免疫功能和生活质量的影响。方法依据干预方法的不同将120例宫颈癌患者分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组患者放化疗期间给予普食,观察组患者放化疗期间给予营养支持。比较两组患者的营养指标[白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)及血红蛋白(Hb)]、免疫功能指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、生活质量[癌症患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-G)]、不良反应发生情况和满意度。结果干预后,两组患者ALB、TP、Hb水平均高于本组干预前,观察组患者ALB、TP、Hb水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者FACT-G量表各维度评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者FACT-G量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率为25.00%,低于对照组患者的46.67%(P<0.05),观察组患者的总满意度为83.33%,高于对照组患者的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论营养支持有助于改善宫颈癌放化疗患者的营养状态和生活质量,提高免疫功能指标和满意度,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional support on nutritional indicators,immune function,and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Method A total of 120 cervical cancer patients were divided into control group and observation group based on different intervention methods,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine food during concurrent chemoradiotherapy,while patients in the observation group were given nutritional support during concurrent chemoradiotherapy.The nutritional indicators[albumin(ALB),total protein(TP),and hemoglobin(Hb)],immune function indicators(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),and quality of life[functional assessment of cancer therapy-general(FACT-G)],adverse events,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After the intervention,the levels of ALB,TP,and Hb in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the levels of the three indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the CD8^(+)level was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of the FACT-G scale of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the above scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was 25.00%,which was lower than 46.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 83.33%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support is helpful to improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy,and improve their immune function indicators and satisfaction with higher safety.
