正电子发射计算机断层扫描/磁共振成像系统在乳腺癌诊疗中的研究进展

摘要 正电子发射计算机断层扫描/磁共振成像系统(PET/MRI)是目前最新的混合成像方式,将代谢数据和形态数据相结合,能够在乳腺癌诊疗过程中提供更全面的信息。本文对PET/MRI在乳腺癌诊断、分期、治疗反应评估和预后预测方面的临床应用中的研究进行综述。 The positron emission tomography/magnetic resonance imaging system(PET/MRI)is currently the latest hybrid imaging method that combines metabolic data with morphological data,providing more comprehensive information in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.This article reviewed the clinical applications of PET/MRI in diagnosis,staging,treatment response evaluation,and prognosis prediction of breast cancer.
