脑出血患者肺部感染风险预测模型的研究进展

Research progress of risk prediction model for pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

脑出血发病率高,并发症多,肺部感染是脑出血的严重并发症之一。国内外已开发脑出血患者肺部感染预测模型,可为临床医护人员早期甄别高风险人群提供参考,尽早制订干预对策。本文从肺部感染发生的危险因素、风险预测模型概述、肺部感染预测模型研究现状及预测意义等方面进行综述,旨在为脑出血患者肺部感染评估和防控提供参考。

Cerebral hemorrhage has a high incidence and numerous complications.Pulmonary infection is one of the serious complications of cerebral hemorrhage.Domestic and foreign researchers have developed pulmonary infection prediction models for patients with cerebral hemorrhage,which can provide references for clinical medical staff to identify high-risk groups in the early stage and formulate intervention strategies as soon as possible.This article summarized the risk factors of pulmonary infection,the overview of risk prediction models,the current research status of pulmonary infection prediction models,and the significance of prediction,aiming to provide references for the evaluation and prevention of pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
